Mindfulness is a way for athletes to become more aware of what is happening in the current moment and open up their awareness to how they feel. Using techniques like goal setting, meditation, imagery and open communication, we work to lower anxiety, boost self-confidence, lower arousal, and ultimately create better players by allowing the athlete to take more control of the mind body connection.
